Directors from governmental agencies will lead a luncheon discussion on their funding awards programs for early career researchers. Attendees who attend this workshop must be registered for the DFD meeting and be eligible for at least one of the awards. All the Faces of Fluid Dynamics
During the lunch break, boxed lunch is served.

Several faculty will speak about their personal experiences with diversity in the workplace. The session will include self-introductions, a panel discussion, questions and answers from the audience, and a bit of mingling at the end. This session will help give underrepresented members of DFD, especially students, a safe place where their voices can be heard.
