+ APS Reciprocal Societies: Members of APS Reciprocal Societies may register at the Regular APS member rate only. You can complete Registration online or fax the pre-registration form on the meeting website. The form will be available when Registration opens on August 21, 2023.

* Student Registrants: APS student members may register for the Meeting online at a discounted member rate. If you are not an APS member, you can JOIN NOW online. You must pay nonmember rates if you do not wish to become an APS member. First-year membership is free for first-time student applicants.

First-year membership is free for first-time applicants and includes (2) free Divisions or Topical Groups for all students. Undergraduate registrations do not include a ticket to the Sunday night reception; however, reception tickets may be purchased during the registration process.

Networking events – $10 per person
This fee covers a small portion of the meal served during the following events:

• Fluids Education Lunch
• Student Lunch
• Underrepresented Minorities in Research
• Women in Fluid Dynamics
• Young Investigator Workshop
• All refreshment breaks

Sunday’s Conference Reception Ticket (Undergraduates, Guests ) – $115 per person

Monday’s National Air and Space Museum exclusive DFD Access: no charge for registrants and their guests.

Certificates of Attendance will be available at the Registration Questions Desk, Level 1, Salon AB during the Conference.

This year’s Meeting offers price equity for less-resourced countries. Scientists with verified residency in countries classified by the World Bank as lower-income countries (LICs), lower-middle-income countries (LMICs), and upper-middle-income countries (UMICs) will now benefit from tiered registration pricing to minimize a financial barrier to attendance.

Pricing Tiers by Country
Registration for the DFD Meeting will be available at the following scaled tiers as long as the funds set aside to support this effort remain available. Once all funds are distributed, these discounts will end:

• LICs and LMICs will receive a 89% discount
• UMICs will receive a 72% discount

APS developed these tiers using a ratio between the registration fees and the average GDP per capita (in PPP$).

Requests for cancellations will be honored through November 1, 2023, and processed minus a $50 administrative fee. There are no refunds after this date. Cancellations must be sent in writing to registrar@aps.org.
